Children's Day on Palace Square 

This weekend at Palace Square will spring out Big Ben, Notre Dame, the Parthenon, the Colosseum, the Taj Mahal, the Brandenburg Gate and the Great Wall of China! Inside the halls and around will be arranged entertainment on the occasion of Children's Day. The holiday starts on May 30 at 15:00, according to the press service of the Committee on Culture, and will continue 3 days.

The festival at Palace Square will last three days. On each of the thematic areas will be performing artists: gladiators - in the "Coliseum", an honor guard - near "Big Ben ". At the "Great Wall" they will teach children to make origami, the "Notre Dame" will assemble an exhibition of drawings, and the "Taj Mahal" will have oriental dances.

Actors, dressed as angels, will tell the children about the history and geography of St. Petersburg, and in one part of the exhibition space will house the angels by the  artist and sculptor Alexander Reichstein.
