Beach Games Festival 2014

In July, on the beach of the Peter and Paul fortress and in the park "Dybki" a beach sport festival will be held. Throughout the week, citizens will be able to watch or take part in beach volleyball, windsurfing and kite, frisbee, cheerleading, tennis and lots more.

Opening of the first in the history of the city competitions in beach games will be held on July 20 on the beach of the Peter and Paul fortress. Then the festival moves to the park "Dybki" in Sestroretsk.

Visitors will be able not only to view or display their athletic skills, but also to listen to great music. To create atmosphere and mood will perform Gogol Bordello, Yevgeny Fedorov group Zorge, and a favorite of St Petersburg Billy's Band, gentle indie - pop band Pur:Pur and many others.

Truly a summer festival will be held in St. Petersburg during the week and will cover more than twenty sports.

In addition, each day of the festival visitors will enjoy a rich cultural program, part of which will be performances of jugglers and acrobats.

Also at the festival will be an open-air cinema. So guests can fully recharge their summer mood by watching a good movie in the open air.
