On June 14th, 2012, Linkin Park will be performing in St. Petersburg! The venue for the concert will be at SKK Arena, located across from Park Pobedi metro station (Yurij Gagarin prospekt, 8). This concert by Linkin Park will be their only concert in Russia this year! This world famous group is sure to put on an amazing performance and a spectacular show!

Linkin Park, a four-time winner for best alternative band in the American Music Awards, and winner of a Grammy Award, is returning to St. Petersburg! Linkin Park is not looking for more money, fame, or honor, but they are more interested in making their fans interested and enjoying their great music they perform and record. This year, their fifth studio album is being recorded.

The group is working on new tracks, even on tour, thanks to new mobile technology. The influence of this technology on the band has Linkin Park looking forward to releasing a new record every 18 months! The group’s new material is a little different than that of their older days, as the group and its music are continuing to evolve. The producer of these albums is Rick Rubin. Rick has worked with such famous groups as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, and System of a Down. Rick Rubin has a reputation of helping bands record and release great music. 

This summer in St. Petersburg, fans will be able to hear some of their unreleased tracks, newer songs from the previous two albums, and their original hits from their beginnings. A great concert is going to be taking place at the SKK arena, as Linkin Park is worldwide known for putting on some of the best concerts money can buy.
