On October 31, 2012, there will be a great artmob to celebrate Halloween at Palace Square at 19:00. Dress in your scariest costumes, take your brightest flashlight, lots of candy, and come to Palace Square for a spooky event. There will be a great-carved pumpkin and candy will be given away. Let’s break out of our angel like selves, and find our evil side and go outside to Palace Square. The St. Petersburg government approved this event officially. |
