One of the most beautiful festivals of the northern capital is the “Palaces of St. Petersburg" festival or the "Palace fest". In the state rooms of the palaces of St. Petersburg, the best works of classical music from different eras in the performance of outstanding domestic and foreign artists will be on show. The program and concerts will be linked to the artistic legacy of Giuseppe Verdi, Johannes Brahms, Edvard Grieg, and Pietro Mascagni. This is because 2013, is an anniversary year for these composers. The festival will also feature the stars from the world opera scene.
