The Storm "St. Jude" has arrived to St. Petersburg
The storm caused a stir in Europe and today reached the shores of the northern capital. At the moment, there have already been 13 settlements in the Leningrad region without electricity, and the water in the Neva River has risen by 26 centimeters. In St. Petersburg, a storm warning has been declared and all the emergency services are on high alert. According to the weather forecasters, the storm warning will last until Oct 30.
