There is a lot to see in St. Petersburg despite not having so many high-rise buildings in the center of the city, there is a decent amount of panoramic view restaurants. These restaurants in which are listed below, offer great views of the city while having a nice meal.

1. Bellevue Brasserie (Russian: Бельвью Брассери) - Located on top of the hotel “Kempinski” (the 9th floor). The restaurant provides a great view of the Winter Palace, Admiralty, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.

2. miX Up - Located on the top (8th) floor of the Hotel W St. Petersburg; this restaurant provides a great view of St. Isaac’s Cathedral with its wonderful  rooftop terrace that features a bar.

3. Makaronniki (Russian: Макаронники) - Placed on the 7th floor of the Business Center Arena Hall. Features a great panoramic view on the Neva River and Petrogradskaya side of St. Petersburg.

4. Fish (Russian: Рыба) - Placed on the 7th floor of the River House Business Center. Provides a nice view on the Neva and television tower, which is particularly beautiful at night.

5. Moscow City - Located on the 6th floor of the City Center complex, where one can enjoy great views of the Petrogradskaya side of the city and the Neva River.

6. Terrasa - Located on the 6th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the city center. The Kazan Cathedral is visible in all its glory.

7. Mansarda (Russian: Мансарда) - Located on the top floor of the business center “Quattro Corti”, St. Isaac’s Cathedral is in view.

8. Langust (Russian: Лангуcт, translated as "Crayfish") - A gourmet restaurant, which provides great views of the old city on the 5th and 6th floors.

9. Luce (Russian: Люче) - On the 5th floor of the boutique gallery “Grand Palace”. Luce provides a great view of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood and Ploshad Iskusstv.

10. Sky (Russian: Небо) - Located in the PIK center on Sennaya Ploshad, one can see eight domes of cathedrals in downtown St. Petersburg.
