The Day of Paratroopers (Russian: День ВДВ) will be celebrated in the city tomorrow, on August 2. On this day there will be a lot of interesting events: a traditional concert at Maritime Victory Park (Primorsky Park Bobedy), parade of the "Blue Berets", show of paratroopers, and charity events.

Soon in the Tavricheskiy Garden, you might be able to come and experience a real cabaret show! In the building of the former Leningrad cinema will open a real cabaret show with great programs, a panoramic restaurant, bar, and gallery.

After about two years of relocation and gathering of items, part of the museum collections has moved to a new complex on Ploshad Truda. The museum contains the most extensive and impressive collection of items related to the history of the Russian fleet.

On August 10th in the Divo Island park, will be a big open-air sports, dance and street culture festival. This spectacular event will bring together all lovers of extreme sports. Visitors to the park that day will be able to see: cool DJ sets, a big fire-show, parkour, skateboarding, BMX, graffiti and street dancing.

10 kilometers is the total length of the photo route around the center of St. Petersburg. The walk will be awesome and you will see all the most beautiful, impressive and iconic landmarks of St.Petersburg. On August 17th at 15:00, St. Petersburg will once again be full of an influx of terrible, but still extremely funny creatures. Zombies traditionally rise from their graves, but on this day they will come together and show the city that this can happen anywhere on Earth! :)

On July 28th, 2013, 300 years St Petersburg's Anniversary Park will host a great naval festival. The event will be a spectacular reconstruction of modern warfare with the landing of a platoon of Marines ashore, occupied by the enemy. Everyone can ride a horse and various military types of hardware.

During the whole day, there will be an exhibition of modern weapons and military equipment and cool demonstrations by Special Forces. Guests of the event will be able to experience a naval like atmosphere and have the unique opportunity to see military vehicles on land and water.
