May 11 at 12:00 pm Saint-Petersburg Residents and visitors will be able to watch thousands of motorcycles going down downtown St. Petersburg in several columns. 

The route of the column has not been announced yet but is most likely to start from the 300 years St Petersburg's anniversary park. 

On April 27th, Peterhof officially opens the seasonal fountains. At 11 am in the State Museum of "Peterhof", the hymn of the Great City will commemorate the opening of the fountains. From April 27th, the fountains will start daily operations. The grand opening of the fountains will be on May 18th. 

From May 1st until May 5th, there will be an awesome exhibit of luxury and vintage cars near the Peter and Paul Fortress. Rare cars from all around Russia and the world will be on display, with such rare cars as a 100-year-old Studebaker SD from 1913 and a Delaunay Belleville car, which was a favorite of Tsar Nicholas II.

"Плантомания - Plantomania" - the motto of an exhibition-competition of landscape art of the VI International Festival "The Imperial Gardens of Russia", which will happen in the Mikhailovsky Garden. This name refers to the passion of the Empress Catherine the Great as she was very keen on gardening.

At the International Exhibition called "STEREOtypes" there is a number of amazing rooms that turn people into giants and dwarfs. On the floor you can see a chessboard design and the room itself has an unusual shape. This is no accident: the goal is to create an illusion that makes you look like a giant or a dwarf.

Each year on May 9th, thousands of people in St. Petersburg gather in the center of the city to commemorate Victory Day. The grand celebration is marked with ceremonies, parades, and the thanking of veterans who gave so much for the people around the whole world and the Soviet Union against Nazi Germany. 

On the beach of Peter and Paul Fortress, will be the scene of internationally recognized artists, teams of sculptors from Russia and 20 other countries.

This is the largest Russian ballet forum, which always attracts the best ballet stars, famous teachers, and students of ballet schools from countries all around the world.

On April 6th, starting at 23:30 at Mirazh Cinema on Chkalovskaya metro station, there will be an all night movie festival featuring all new British films! The opening night premiere of the long-awaited film "Trance", directed by Danny Boyle, and starring James McAvoy, Vincent Cassel and Rosario Dawson. "Trance" is a real psychedelic thriller, and is a picture puzzle in which some of the dramatic events are going on in the subconscious of the heroes.

Starting in May until August, there will be several rooftop concerts happening in St. Petersburg! The participants will be announced closer to the start of the concerts. Summer on the cozy and comfortable roofs of St. Petersburg will host concerts of different musical styles, such as jazz, classical, electronic, new age, ethno.
